About the role

Responsibilities
Support Sales Strategies
Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Client Support
Act as a primary contact for clients, managing daily communications and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Client Support and Product teams to align efforts and maintain a cohesive approach towards meeting client needs and business goals.
Market Trend Analysis
Stay informed on the latest developments in the CDN and tech sectors to provide valuable insights that help the team remain competitive.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Collect and analyze sales data, identify trends, and present findings to assist the team in making data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
Tech-Savvy
Familiarity with technology, particularly in the CDN or cloud services space, and the ability to quickly grasp and respond to client requirements.
Strategic Support
Previous experience in supporting or developing sales and marketing strategies, with a knack for identifying areas of improvement.
Strong Communicator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Data-Driven
Proficient in analyzing sales data, recognizing patterns, and leveraging insights to support informed business decisions.
